Urbana Condo #3 - Transition to Full-Time Management

Coordinate and implement the transition of Urbana Condo #3 from part-time to full-time property management. Scope includes review and incorporation of the attached transition checklist, soliciting board feedback, scheduling and holding an in-person board/management meeting at the clubhouse, and tracking action items to complete the transition.
